Masalah Penelitian
CV. A.S. Hikmat Motor selama ini belum memiliki
media khusus untuk mempromosikan produk-produknya. Dan konsumen masih langsung
datang ke toko apabila ingin mendapatkan informasi produk aksesoris yang
diinginkan.
Agar CV. A.S. Hikmat Motor bisa bersaing dalam
menjalankan bisnisnya, sebuah website bisa menjadi solusi yang dapat
menyediakan informasi produk yang diinginkan bagi konsumen. Selain itu,
konsumen dapat membeli produk tanpa harus datang ke toko. Dengan harapan dapat
mempermudah proses penjualan produk dan informasi yang dihasilkan pun akan
tepat waktu dan tepat guna.
Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah :
1. Merancang sebuah sistem informasi penjualan
berbasis web agar konsumen dapat memesan produk accessories vespa dari CV. A.S.
Hikmat Motor Bekasi secara online.
2. Menyediakan kemudahan bagi konsumen untuk membeli
produk pada CV. A.S. Hikmat Motor Bekasi.
3. Kehadiran
website dinamis informasi produk accessories vespa ini diharapakan dapat membantu
pihak toko untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya.

Metode yang Diusulkan
Metodologi pengembangan sistem perangkat lunak yang
penulis gunakan adalah model Waterfall.

Hasil
Dilihat dari aspek manajerial:
a. Mempermudah dalam menyampaikan informasi produk
secara uptodate dan realtime kepada konsumen.
b. Mempermudah dalam proses pengecekan jumlah stok
barang yang dimiliki.
c. Mempermudah pembuatan laporan, baik laporan
bulanan maupun laporan harian.
d. Mempermudah dalam melihat produk favorit (best
seller).
2. Dilihat dari aspek sistem:
a. Website penjualan CV. A.S. Hikmat Motor dapat
memperluas wilayah penjualan karena bisa diakses melalui jaringan internet.
b. Sistem informasi berbasis web pada CV. A.S.
Hikmat Motor dapat diakses kapan saja melalui jaringan internet.
c. Dengan adanya website penjualan CV. A.S. Hikmat
Motor maka pembeli dapat mendapatkan update informasi terbaru mengenai
produk-produk yang ada baik dalam hal harga, berat serta penjelasan mengenai
produk yang dijual pada CV. A.S. Hikmat Motor.

1. Sistem yang digunakan untuk melakukan pencatatan
data penjualan alat – alat elektronik masih menggunakan microsoft excel
sehingga data yang disajikan dalam sistem ini kurang efisien dan tidak efektif
dalam mengambil suatu keputusan.
2. Proses pencarian dan pengolahan data masih kurang
akurat dan lambat, mulai dari kegiatan pencatatan penjualan maupun proses rekapitulasi
serta hasil pelaporan untuk pimpinan.
3. Tidak adanya laporan hasil penjualan alat – alat
elektronik di CV. Maju jaya yang ditampilkan secara per periode.

Metode yang Diusulkan

Studi Lapangan
Untuk mengumpulkan keterangan yang
dibutuhkan, maka penulis memakai teknik pengumpulan data sebagai berikut :
a. Wawancara (Interview) Pengumpulan
data atau informasi pada metode ini dapat dilakukan dengan wawancara atau
mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan langsung kepada Bapak Munawar yang bertugas di
bagian penjualan pada CV. Maju Jaya. Adapun wawancara yang dilakukan penulis
pada bagian penjualan adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Bagaimana proses penjualan alat –
alat elektronik yang ada pada CV. Maju jaya.
2. Bagaimana bentuk perhitungan laporan
penjualan pada CV. Maju Jaya.
b. Pengamatan (Observation) Merupakan
salah satu metode pengumpulan data yang cukup efektif untuk mempelajari suatu
sistem. Kegiatannya dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung terhadap kegiatan yang
sedang berjalan, yaitu kegiatan penjualan alat – alat elektronik.
c. Sample Mengambil contoh-contoh data
berkas dan dokumen yang berhubungan dengan proses penjualan seperti : barang
apa saja yang dijual serta harga barang yang dijual.
2. Studi
Kepustakaan (Library Research) Penulis melakukan studi pustaka untuk memperoleh
data-data yang berhubungan dengan penulisan tugas akhir dari berbagai sumber
bacaan seperti: buku tentang sistem informasi dan aplikasi PHP, My SQL.

Hasil
1. Program ini dapat digunakan untuk mempercepat
proses hasil penjualan alat – alat elektronik pada CV. Maju Jaya serta sistem
pengolahan data dapat dilakukan secara efisien dan meningkatkan kinerja
perusahaan.
2. Program ini dibuat dengan tampilan semenarik
mungkin, sehingga pemakai aplikasi ini tidak merasa bosan dengan tampilan
program yang ada, dan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan model
penyimpanan datanya menggunakan MySQL.
3. Dengan sistem yang dirancang penulis ini,
diharapkan dapat membantu dalam melakukan proses penjualan, penyimpanan data
pemesanan dan pengiriman serta mempermudah melakukan perbaikan dan pengeditan
apabila dianggap hal tersebut perlu dilakukan.
4. Dengan adanya sistem ini, penulis mencoba
menerapkan proses penyimpanan data khusus untuk kegiatan penjualan alat – alat
elektronik pada cv maju jaya dengan penyajiaan dan tampilan yang lebih
terstruktur serta dapat digunakan secara mudah.

1. RESEARCH PROBLEM
Wedding organizer is one of the business that must
follow this IT development. Many clients do not have much time to go to some
support places wedding receptions and at the same time think of the concept of
marriage, while many places of business which offers a variety of exciting
services and concepts to support a wedding reception.
Alesha Wedding Package is one of the companies
engaged in the wedding organizer, There are several processes in this company
that have not used IT, such as the process of wedding package selection,
catering management and package payments. The internet has become one of the
major ways in which wedding planners try to reach clients, establish relationships
with vendors, and, in some cases, keep track of certain activities relating to
a wedding. The internet plays an important role in this service industry. Thus,
it will be a wise choice to make the information centre easily available via
cyberspace.
Riyanti, 2012, and Fauzi, 2015, built a web-based
wedding organizer information system with structured approach method and
prototype method. Setiajati, 2016, designed the wedding organizer information
service system with automatic package selection feature using Greedy algorithm.
While Najiyah and Suharyanto, 2017, created a wedding planner system
information that became a place of all wedding organizer website. The purpose
of this study is to design information system of web-based wedding organizer on
Alesha Wedding Package which is useful to facilitate the service process to the
customers and make it easier for the company to do the processing of
registration, ordering, payment and catering management.
2. METHODOLOGY
Method of system approach that is used is
object-oriented approach method by using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a
tool that is used in system design which is made. System design which is
created uses development method of Prototype system. Prototype Model is one of
the software development methods which is most widely used. Authors and the
party of Alesha Wedding Package can interact with each other during the process
of the system making with this model prototype.
3. RESULTS
System design is an advanced step of the action on
system analysis, on which it describes the system design to be built prior to
the coding into a programming language or develops the procedure of information
system which is running into a new information system in order to improve the
effectiveness so that it results in a system which suits the needs of the users
and is expected to solve the existing problems. The following is a description
of the actor definition on the system which is proposed in Alesha Wedding
Package (Table 1).
Class diagrams help us in visualizing the structure
of classes on a system and are the most widely used types of diagrams. Class
diagrams show the relation between classes and detailed explanations of each
class in the design model of a system. During the analysis process, class
diagrams show the rules and responsibilities of the entities that determine the
behavior of the system, during the design step, the class diagrams play the
role in capturing the structure of all the classes that make up the
architecture which is created. Here is the Class Diagram of the proposed system
(Figure 1):
Testing is an important part of the software
development cycle. The purpose of testing is to ensure that the built software
has a reliable quality which is able to present the basic review of
specification, analysis, design and coding of the software itself. Testing on
Information System software of the Wedding Organizer is using black box method.
Black box testing focuses on the functional requirements of the software which
is created.
Based on the testing results with the above test
sample case, it can be concluded that the system which is proposed has met the
testing standards. Thus, it can be concluded that the software is free of
syntax errors and functionally releases the results that are in accordance with
what is expected. There are several differences between this study and previous
research. This research uses objectbased approach method, while Riyanti and
Fauzi research using structured approach method. This research uses prototype
development method, while Setiajati uses Greedy algorithm. This research is
only a web of one wedding organizer, while Najiyah and Suharyanto combine several
wedding organizer and one web.
The design of information system on the wedding
organizer can provide information about what services that are provided by
Alesha wedding package, it can assist customers in making reservations,
wherever and whenever it is connected to the internet, can simplify the process
of recording and storage of payment data so that it is easier to know the
information of payment time and the rest of it, can simplify the process of
cancellation so that customers can know the status of reservations. Beside that
the process on catering processing can help the selection and addition of catering
quickly. It can be done anywhere and anytime.
